Questions about the rental contract

What should a car rental contract contain?

The agency's and the renter's identity, the driver's licence, the car and its plate, the dates and places of pick-up and return, the price, the deposit, the car's condition at check-out and the terms. This template covers them all.

Can the contract be in Arabic?

Yes. This template puts French and Arabic on the same page, so every customer reads the terms in a language they understand.

How do I write the deposit on the contract?

Enter the amount in the Deposit field. Leave it empty if it depends on the car: a line stays to fill in. Clause 7 says the deposit is returned at return, minus any fees due.

Can I change the clauses?
